Our tenants have 24/7 access to pay rent, view account history, and submit requests for maintenance via our online tenant portal through Innago.
Once your application is approved and your lease agreement has been signed, you will receive an email gaining access to your online portal where you can pay your rent securely online. If you have already been approved and have not received this email or you require assistance, please contact us via one of the following methods:

Paying Your Rent
The best way to submit a maintenance request is through our online tenant portal where you can then submit any photos, track the status of your requests, and view owner responses. We will contact you in a timely manner to schedule any needed repairs. In the event you have an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call (863) 315-8567.
Maintenance Requests
Important Notice
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse of the property is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made and billed to you for the cost of labor and materials. Damages or plumbing issues caused by your negligence will be paid by you.
